Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for Content

We are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. As a service provider we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, nor actively to seek facts or circumstances indicating illegal activity: Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 states this, and § 7 (1) DDG applies that Article to all service providers. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this regard begins only once we know of a specific infringement. As soon as we learn of one, we remove the content immediately.
